About Chizumulu United

Chizumulu United is a football club based on Chizumulu Island, one of the two inhabited islands of Malawi's Lake Malawi archipelago. Despite its remote location, the club has built a passionate following among islanders and the wider Malawian football community.

Chizumulu TV exists to make the club's matches, training sessions, and interviews accessible to an English-speaking audience. The original footage is captured and shared by local creators — most notably the Changbakgol channel — and this site adds English (and other language) subtitles to videos that would otherwise be hard to follow for non-Chichewa speakers.
